Shipping policy
All Megalithic Clothing Co. products are made to order.
Production and processing
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item must be reprinted for quality reasons.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery time begins after production is complete and varies by the shipping method, destination, carrier, and print provider. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking information may take several business days to update after a shipping label is created.
Address changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact hello@megalithicclothing.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production.
Delays or delivery issues
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows a problem, contact hello@megalithicclothing.com with your order number.
Where international shipping is available, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
