Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selections, except where required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@megalithicclothing.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please do not send an item back unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts, colors, and product details before ordering.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
